Return and Exchange Process

Eligibility:
Once your order has been delivered, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you have received a product that is damaged or broken, please notify us immediately. Kindly share clear images of the damaged product and packaging with us at hello@destinedgifts.com within 12 hours of delivery to initiate a refund or replacement process.

Approval:
Our team will assess your claim within 2 working days. Upon approval, we will proceed with:

• Either dispatching a replacement product, or

• Processing a refund to your original payment method.

There is no need to send the damaged product back to us. We will rely on your submitted evidence for resolution.

Refund Timing:
For approved claims, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 21 working days for the entire process, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Exchanges:
If a replacement is approved, we will ship your new product promptly after claim approval.

Important Conditions

1) Claims must be made within 12 hours of delivery.

2) Clear photographic evidence of both the damaged product and packaging is required.

3) Items must remain unused and kept in their original packaging until your claim is resolved.

4) Claims for reasons other than physical damage during transit are not accepted.

5) Destined Gifts. reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet the above conditions.
